This is one of two similar but different fitting midi-length dresses. THIS dress is cut on the bias, a design technique that makes fabric drape toward the body, following one's curves. It's a fabric that isn't too clingy. Just right. Pockets along the hip on the side seams. If you are seeking a relaxed, loosely shaped look, check out the Wanderer Dress, click here.
National Picnic is excited to present a new capsule collection of basics using TENCEL® fibers. This eco-friendly alternative to silk makes a rich feeling, washable, durable set of modern classics that you can keep in your closet for many seasons.
The woven fabric chosen for this collection is a generous medium weight twill that drapes gracefully, wrinkles little and travels well. It is completely opaque and has a subtle washed finish similar to washed silk. Machine wash cold, air dry.
TENCEL® recycles almost 100% of the solvent used in its production in a closed loop process. It uses less water and land in its making than other textiles. TENCEL® fabric carries Oeko Tex 100 certification, an international standard developed in 1992 to certify that it contains no harmful substances. Tencel also earned the European Community Eco-label flower for products and services with reduced environmental impacts.
