This skirt is 22 inches long, that's 10" shorter than our longer wrap skirt. These fabrics featured here now are particularly comfortable for warm to hot days.
This skirt wraps into an A-line shape, evoking silhouettes popular in the 1970s. The suggestion of apron ties nods to a few other decades. It has a vintage air, but is sewn from fresh, new, lightweight fabrics.
It features the same generous waist tie that looks cute tied behind the back, apron style, it is also long enough to be wrapped twice around to tie at the front. High-waisted look—it is designed to tie at your natural waist.
A semicircular swath of fabric sends the plaid radiating in several directions as it wraps around the waist for impressive visual effect.
This skirt is a true wrap style, overlapping in the front. Slotted opening for threading the belt through. It can be tied into a decorative bow at the back OR the ties can reach back around to the front for a shorter tie.
A front patch pocket is optional (see photo), will fit most cell phones. It's optional because without the pocket, the skirt has an elegant, minimalist simplicity. A pocket detail adds casual-looking utility, but that may not be wanted for dressier events or office wear.
Yours may be made to order, allow 1-2 weeks to sew before shipping.
It is designed to tie high waisted, at your natural waist.
Choose fit by your waist size, although it's the most adjustable item we make, it does come in a few sizes. The A-line hip area drapes freely.
Designed to fit several sizes with the same skirt, there is some overlap between sizes we call "smaller" and "larger". On the cusp: If you are a large, you can likely wear either size, but "larger" will overlap more in the front of the wrap.
For 2X and up, please add your waist measurement in the "message" section of your order, your skirt will be made to measure.
