30-DAY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
When the return request is made within 30 days (send us an email): When returned items are received by us, credit will be promptly issued to the account you used to purchase the item. Scroll further to find return instructions.
If your order total was more than $125, one return shipment label is provided FREE of charge.
If your order was less than $125, $7 is deducted from your return credit for each return shipping label used. (If you choose to return the items using your own methods, that's OK, but we won't reimburse your shipping costs—save that tracking number!)
Exchanges are always shipped out at no extra shipping charge.
TO BEGIN A RETURN:
National Picnic is now putting a pre-printed return label in every shipment (shipments after July 8, 2018). Look for the label with instructions in your package. If you didn't find or keep your packaged paperwork, follow the backup method below:
1. Let us know what's coming back. Email firstname.lastname@example.org. You'll get human interaction helping you begin the process.
2. We'll send a label through email for you to print out and affix on your return.
3. Stick it in the mail. Status updates will be emailed regarding the progress of your return.

Did you purchase your item from Betsy at a physical location, like Clover Market or another outdoor tent event? We can track down your purchase to complete a return, send us an email.
Any returns accepted after the 30-day window can only be given store credit.
Purchases made with gift cards will receive nationalpicnic.com credit in the form of an emailed virtual "gift card". Gift cards are not returnable, but if you lost a card, please send us an email, we can help.
National Picnic cannot process returns of items purchased from third party retailers, other shops, ebay, or other websites that are not nationalpicnic.com.
