Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
Since 2025, most of the product on National Picnic's website is cut and sewn to order. Expect about 10-15 business days (Mon-Friday) to make your items before shipping. When shipped off, it can take 3-10 days for the delivery. Please be aware. Your patience is very much appreciated!
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
The following shipping options are used for domestic orders:
National Picnic uses USPS and UPS for shipping with tracking included. We ship using the method of our choice. The services usually take 3-10 days depending on location.
If you are within a local area, you may see local delivery offered. In this case, it's getting hand delivered - you will still receive status notifications by email or text.
3. Restrictions
There are no international shipping settings on the website checkout at this time. You are welcome to inquire about placing an order that will have shipping costs calculated based on your needs and location. It might be possible.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping fee of $10. In the event of a return, there are no refunds of the shipping costs.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. It may require additional time for the tracking details to become available.
6. Shipping Delays

7. Damaged or Incorrect Packages
If an item arrives damaged, with defects, or is the incorrect item, please contact sales@nationalpicnic.com so we can resolve the issue.
8. Shipping Address Changes & Cancellations
Please contact sales@nationalpicnic.com immediately if you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order. We may not be able to make changes to an order once it has been shipped.
